The Strawberry Blessing

It was glorious. Angels sang. I think there were even harps. As far as I'm concerned you can call it whatever you like. I call it good.

  1. I can’t find the instructions for the Strawberry Blessing on the given site: CreampuffsinVenice.ca. Please help. I’m dying to try this recipe. I just don’t know what to do with the listed ingredients.

  2. Okay……found the instructions, but in them they say the last layer is strawberries, but in the photo It doesn’t look like more than a few strawberries scattered on top. Is that right?

    • You can use a few drops of almond extract in place of Grand Mariner.
As far as the mascarpone, you may get away with a light cream cheese. Just let it get to room temperature, and beat it well. The texture and taste will be a bit different, but I am sure it will be just as tasty.
