Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
  • 4-1/2 tsp canola oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, partially frozen
