Recipe: Yogurt Strawberry and Granola Breakfast Parfait

Summary: As temperatures continue to rise, my interest in refreshing easy breakfast recipes, easy fruit recipes and easy summer recipes is increasing too.

Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups fruit of your choice
    • 1/2 cup plain low fat or nonfat yogurt
    • 2 teaspoons honey, agave syrup or maple syrup
    • 2-3 tablespoons toasted chopped nuts, crunchy cereal, low fat granola or or coconut — in any combination you desire
