  • 24 Oreo Cookies, Golden or regular
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree (the small can)
  • 2 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Whipped Cream Topping
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to decorate
