Ingredients:

1 cup persimmon pulp

1/2 sugar

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 egg

Butter of a size of a walnut

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees
