1 cup sour cream
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and finely chopped (half of a 12 ounce bag)
1 ¼ cups shredded, four-cheese blend (Asiago, Provolone, Parmesan, Fontina), divided use
1-2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
