  • 1/2 of a large habanero pepper, seeded and minced (more or less, for your heat preference)
  • 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 T. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Mexican oregano
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
