Jalapeno Popper Pigs In a Blanket - These are what I like to call the adult version of the classic pigs in a blanket.

Recipe: Jalapeno Popper Pigs In a Blanket

Summary: Since I probably watch more football than the average person, I’m always looking for food that qualifies as football fare. Usually it’s spicy, involves some kind of meat, and does not require a fork. These are what I like to call the adult version of the classic pigs in a blanket. A spicy cream cheese is snuggled with a cocktail sausage in a warm buttery crescent roll.

Ingredients

    • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup fresh or canned jalapenos, diced
    • 24 cocktail sausages (sometimes called lil’ smokies)
    • 1 (8 ounce) package Pillsbury refrigerated crescent roll dough
