Ingredients

    • for cupcakes:
    • 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
    • 3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks, melted
    • 1/8 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1/16 tsp ( a dash ) salt
    • 3 Tbsp cold water
    • 2 Tbsp canola oil
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp white vinegar
    • for filling:
    • 2 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 tsp heavy cream
    • 1 drop pink gel food coloring
    • for ganache frosting:
    • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    • 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
    • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
    • 1 Tbsp corn syrup
