    • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
    • 1/2 of a small clove of garlic (just a small amount), smashed to a purée with a pinch of salt
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 g.)
    • 1/4 cup sour cream (60 g.)
    • 1 oz. blue cheese (I like Roquefort)
    • 1 teaspoon minced flat-leaf parsley (optional)
    • Salt & freshly ground pepper
