Recipe: Sassy Water
Summary: The idea for this lemonade came from a health/fitness/nutrition site, where it says that this drink helps maintaining flat belly. i don’t know about the flat belly, but i know that this lemonade is very refreshing, especially on a hot day. I did notice reduced bloating.
- 2 litres water
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced,
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced,
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 10 spearmint leaves.
