    • 1 large egg
    • 2 large bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
    • 1/4 cup buttermilk
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    • For the frosting:
    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 5 Tbsp heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
