    • • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
    • • 1 teaspoon salt, plus a pinch or two, divided use
    • • 3 ¾ – 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling dough
    • Filling:
    • • 1/3 cup sugar
    • • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
    • • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
    • • ½ cup blueberry preserves
    • • 1 (6 oz) package fresh blueberries
    • Creamy Vanilla-Lemon Icing Ingredients:
    • • 3 cups powdered sugar
    • • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • • 4 tablespoons milk
    • • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
    • • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
