Lynne This sounds like a perfect, light salad for those hot summer days. Just wondering how well leftovers keep for please?

Helen I too have been all over the US and in the food business......they are the only ones to knock cole slaw out of the park! Thanks for sharing!
DEB I M OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE TRIED JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING FOR A GREAT COLESLAW. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I'M KEEPING. HAVE DISCARDED ALL THE REST. I CAN MAKE A GREAT POTATO SALAD BUT NEVER A SLAW. MY HUSBAND IS PARTICULAIR AND HE LOVES IT TOO.... THANK YOU FOR YOUR POSTING.
