This recipe came from what we just happened to have in the fridge that day and I was craving something gooey, warm and yummy! So this is what I came up with.
Brie Cheese and Spinach Dip
- 2 Cups Organic Fresh Spinach
- 1 Cup Organic Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Brie (Of course..)
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Artichoke Hearts
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- Pinch of Chili Flakes
- Put it in the oven 350 for 25-30 minutes and Whaa la!
