Cauliflower Crust Hawaiian Pizza

Recipe: Cauliflower Crust Hawaiian Pizza

Summary: I was able to make two pizzas from one large head of cauliflower. We really liked the pizza and agreed that you can’t tell at all that the crust is made out of cauliflower.

  • CRUST:
  • 1/2 LARGE head cauliflower (or 2+ cups shredded cauliflower)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (or try another kind!)
