Note, there will be lots of yummy juice in the pan. You could make a gravy, I suppose, but it’s so good straight, you can usually find me standing over the pan sopping it up with chunks of French bread.

Note, there will be lots of yummy juice in the pan. You could make a gravy, I suppose, but it’s so good straight, you can usually find me standing over the pan sopping it up with chunks of French bread.

Ingredients

  • 8-9 chicken pieces, washed & dried
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning (salt free)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder or granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup white wine (I use Rossi chablis)

Notes

For this recipe, I used a combination of chicken legs, thighs, and wings. If roasting white meat, the cooking time may need to be adjusted slightly.
