Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) container pre-made white frosting
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Red Food Color
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Yellow Food Color
- 1/4 cup orange sugar sprinkles
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Black Food Coloring
