Recipe: Glazed Coconut Bread
Summary: I think it is perfect for Easter breakfast/brunch or for upcoming parties and showers – makes wonderful Christmas gifts too . . . . really there isn’t a day that wouldn’t be great for this bread! I promise you’ll get lots and lots of rave reviews!

- 1 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Coconut Glaze
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
