Ingredients:
- 1 lb. raw jumbo shrimp (16 to 20 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 of a large habanero pepper, seeded and minced (more or less, for your heat preference)
- 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 T. minced fresh ginger
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Mexican oregano
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
