I have been wanting to try a pumpkin shake but didn’t want to make one with ice cream. I wanted one that was a little healthier that was packed with nutrition so after looking up a few recipes I came up with this one and I even had all the ingredients already, bonanza.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 5-7 ice cubes
