Very easy to make, and a fun cook for a backyard evening with the family!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce – You can use gluten – free soy sauce to make this recipe gluten – free
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- juice of one lime
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, to taste
- 2 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts – cut into bite size pieces
