  • 4 over ripe Bananas (or about 2 cups)
  • 4 tablespoons Coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate (shaved)
