Summary: I love these fruit ice cubes for so many different beverages. They are perfect in a fruit punch, sparkly in a glass of lemonade and especially lovely in iced tea.


  • For the Fruit Cubes
  • 2 cups assorted fruits, cubed (see notes)
  • water
  • For the Spritzer
  • 3 parts lemon-lime diet soda (feel free to use regular soda if you rather)
  • 1 part vodka (rum can be lovely too)
  • mint leaves

Quick notes

My favorite fruits for fruit ice cubes are kiwi, lemon, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, apple, cranberries, lime and cherries. The more colorful, the better.
