Recipe: Mini German Pancakes
Summary: I was blown away by how neat it looked. Puffed up way above the pan like a mountainous dish of pancake. It was the coolest thing I had ever seen, and then when I took a bite, one of the TASTIEST things I had ever put in my mouth.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- BLUEBERRY SAUCE/SYRUP
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup blueberries
