Ingredients
- 15 puff pastry squares
- Red Pesto
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- grated mozarella cheese
- 1 firm tomato, halved and sliced into rings
- basil powder
- oregano powder
What an awesome idea. Absolutely great to fix for my nephew & neice for after school when they run in off the bus starving for something quick to grab. Cannot wait to see their little eyes light up when the see these waiting on them. They love pizza and these will be a perfect surprise.
