Summary: I absolutely love these mushrooms in every constellation! I could eat them every day it’s so good and they are healthy.

- 1/2 tablespoon harissa or Sriracha or Tabasco will work if you can’t find harissa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 8 ounces baby portobello mushrooms, halved lengthwise
