Summary: I absolutely love these mushrooms in every constellation! I could eat them every day it’s so good and they are healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon harissa or Sriracha or Tabasco will work if you can’t find harissa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 ounces baby portobello mushrooms, halved lengthwise
