- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla sugar
- 1- 8oz container mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1- 7oz package ladyfingers- hard and crunchy ones, not the softer cake-like ones
