  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons good quality Brandy
  • 1 1/2 cups homemade pumpkin puree (or 1- 15oz can)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup vanilla sugar
  • 1- 8oz container mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1- 7oz package ladyfingers- hard and crunchy ones, not the softer cake-like ones
