Recipe: Quickie Taco Tuna Fish Tacos
Summary: A can of tuna and a few key ingredients will make four of the finest (and coolest) tacos you’ve ever had. At least in a pinch.
- 1 five ounce can/jar tuna (in water)
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 1 tbsp diced jalapeno
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp mayo (or fat free mayo)
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- fresh lime
- hot sauce or salsa
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4 whole grain tortillas (or your preference)
