Recipe: Skinny Sausage and Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
Summary: My kids have no clue mushrooms are there and LOVE their pasta! They also had no clue roasted red peppers were a big part of the sauce. Oh, how I love it.
Ingredients
- 1lbs- reduced fat sausages
- 1 cup- fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves-garlic, crushed
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2- roasted red peppers. sliced
- ¼ cup- dried porcini mushrooms, chopped
- 1 lbs- short pasta like shells or penne, fusilli
- 1 ball/125 gr- fresh mozzarella cheese
