- 3 ¾ – 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling dough
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- ½ cup blueberry preserves
- 1 (6 oz) package fresh blueberries
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
