Summary: The children loved it and they did not even know that they were eating all these vegetables. Hubby loved his Spanish meal and I loved the fact that we all got a healthy portion of fresh vegetables.Text  from


    • 1/2 yellow pepper – diced
    • 1/2 red bell pepper – diced
    • 1/2 green bell pepper – diced
    • 3 small zucchini – sliced thinly
    • a selection of Porcine and Oyster Mushrooms – about 100gr
    • 8 eggs – slightly beaten
    • 1/3 cup – 100 ml milk
    • 1/4 cup  of feta cheese
    • 1 cup – 250 ml aged cheddar
