- 5 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 3 (3 ounce) boxes Jell-O
- 4 ½ cups boiling water
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
