Recipe: Steamed Lemon Red Snapper
- 1 whole red snapper (500-800g)
- 1 teaspoons of chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 thin slices of lemon
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce or light soy sauce
- 2 table spoon of chopped spring onion
- Cut diagonal 1/4-inch deep slits on
- each side of the fish.
- Rub the in gradients onto the fish,
- Place the lemon slices on top of fish.
- Place into the steamer and steam
- for about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with hot steam rice or salad.
