What is this red snapper recipe?
It’s an easy yet very tasty steamed fish recipe.
Imagine the tender and steamy white meat together
with the mixing aroma of the lemon and garlic.
Recipe: Steamed Lemon Red Snapper
Ingredients
- 1 whole red snapper (500-800g)
- 1 teaspoons of chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 thin slices of lemon
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce or light soy sauce
- 2 table spoon of chopped spring onion
Instructions
- Cut diagonal 1/4-inch deep slits on
- each side of the fish.
- Rub the in gradients onto the fish,
- Place the lemon slices on top of fish.
- Place into the steamer and steam
- for about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with hot steam rice or salad.
