Sweet Potato Fries


Recipe: Sweet Potato Fries


  • 1 large Sweet Potato per person, peeled
  • 1.5 inches of Corn Oil for deep frying


  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.In a food processor, or with a mandolin, slices sweet potatoes into thin french fries.Deep fry in hot oil in a single layer for about 5-10 minutes, or until the edges of the fries start to turn light brown. Turn the fries with a slotted spoon and continue to fry another 5-8 minutes.
  2. Remove fries to a towel-lined plate to soak off the oil and immediately season with salt or any other seasonings you enjoy.
