Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier, plus one tablespoon extra
- 1-1/4 pounds mascarpone, at room temperature
- 1-1/3 cups whipping cream (35%)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ladyfingers or Savoiardi (you’ll need about 50)
- 1-1/2 to 2 pounds strawberries, washed, dried and sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest

I can’t find the instructions for the Strawberry Blessing on the given site: CreampuffsinVenice.ca. Please help. I’m dying to try this recipe. I just don’t know what to do with the listed ingredients.
Okay……found the instructions, but in them they say the last layer is strawberries, but in the photo It doesn’t look like more than a few strawberries scattered on top. Is that right?
You can put as many, or as few, strwberries on the top as you would like.
can you substitute anything for the grand marnier that is not alcohol and a different cheese for the mascarpone.
You can use a few drops of almond extract in place of Grand Mariner.
As far as the mascarpone, you may get away with a light cream cheese. Just let it get to room temperature, and beat it well. The texture and taste will be a bit different, but I am sure it will be just as tasty.
