  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1-1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or one vanilla bean
  • For topping:
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
