Recipe: Watermelon Slushie

Summary: This is a sweet and very refreshing smoothie that contains no fat and just 58 calories per serving.


  • 4 cups of chopped watermelon
  • About 6 or 7 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of sugar – you can use a sugar substitute if you wish


  1. Toss in a blender and enjoy!
